lovely location fine view diverse selection kind gesture
The location is directly on the water. I enjoyed the restaurant's fine view during breakfast, along with a high-quality, diverse selection of food. The staff showed great kindness and professionalism. I found a cake and champagne in my room for a special occasion, which I considered a very welcome gesture.

The room featured a comfortable bed and five-star furnishings. The balcony offered ample space to relax. It had excellent views, which I greatly enjoyed. Misplace punctuation but the premises are good!

Excellent Hotel Experience
turndown service friendly staff
My stay included complimentary waters each day! the turndown service each night was very nice. The beds provided great comfort. I found the restaurant Nui offered a great dinner menu. Staff members were professional, polite, and friendly. I appreciated the short walk to the cable car for access to the city center.
The hotel scheduled weddings, but the loud music affected our room and went on until late. This impacted the experience.

we were welcomed upon arrival despite flight issues causing a late arrival. the staff were accommodating. i found the staff friendly and professional. i would book here again.
i experienced some delays with drink orders at the pool. sometimes parts of our order were missed. this was disappointing given the hotel's cost.

the reception staff was fabulous , both before and . the room and its view were beautiful. i received generous treats in the room upon arrival.
i found long waits for drinks at the pool , and parts of my orders were missed on a few occasions. this was disappointing , considering the price point.

a stay with minor drawbacks
hotel location superb views inconsistent service nearby events
the hotel location was superb. the views from the room were quite something, i could spend hours just gazing. breakfast was a highlight, a really good experience. i particularly enjoyed the variety, it provided a great start to each day.
i found the service inconsistent. some days, our room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon, it was rather inconvenient. the noise from nearby events impacted our stay, it was difficult to fully relax with the disturbances.
